• We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your booked tour package, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply based on the following schedule:

• More than 30 days- prior to your arrival date: A full refund will be issued, minus a

• processing fee of INR 1,000-per person.

• Between 15 and 30 days- prior to your arrival date: 50% of the total tour cost will be

• forfeited.

• Less than 15 days- prior to your arrival date: The full tour cost will be forfeited.

 

Documentation Requirements:

To process your cancellation request, we will require a written confirmation email from you.

Please retain a copy of this email for your records.

 

Partial Cancellations:

If you wish to modify your booking by removing certain elements (e..g.,activities,

Accommodation), we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, cancellation

charges for the removed elements may still apply based on the specific service provider's policy.

We will inform you of these charges during the modification process.

 

No-Shows:

If you fail to arrive for your booked tour without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-

show" and the full tour cost will be forfeited.

 

Third-Party Cancellations: Please note that cancellation policies for specific hotels or cruises

within your tour package may differ. In such cases, the cancellation charges will be as per the

policies set by the respective establishments. We will inform you of any such variations during

your booking confirmation.

• In the unforeseen circumstance that Andaman Holiday JSK Tour & Travels cancels your tour due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we will make every effort to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements.

• However, due to the nature of such events and the advance bookings made for your itinerary, we cannot guarantee a full refund. Also, we are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation (e.g., flight rebooking charges).
